Functions as it should

It’s important to read follow the instructions when first setting the combination - it says to turn the shackle counter clockwise. My husband turned it clockwise by mistake and it jammed. But after wiggling it a bit, he was able to get it loose and set the combination properly.

Simple and easy to use

Very simple to set up your 3 digit code and it's TSA approved, so if customs needs to take a look at your luggage you won't be left with a broken lock! I've had to deal with broken locks too many times for that reason, so I'm glad to have found this! Strong sturdy construction and super simple overall!
