The vast majority of Jet-Setter orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec. Some Briggs & Riley items will come from British Columbia and some Samsonite & Pacsafe items will come from Mississauga. Any questions about where your item is coming from? Please don't hesitate to reach out to us! Once your order transaction is complete, you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation e-mail so you can track your delivery time.
Jet-Setter does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Jet-Setter ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted in the case of delayed shipping of their order. Jet-Setter very often ships orders same-day if orders are placed before 1 pm.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Express or Next A.M. shipping is available on all orders (some exceptions apply) at the customer’s request. The customer will be charged only the difference between Standard shipping and the Express option with a starting price of $12.
Requests for express shipping can be made by telephone at 1-888-271-5058 or in the “Comments Box” when order is placed. Jet-Setter will then call the customer with a shipping cost estimate for customer approval.
Any item to the US weighing over 3.5kg will be charged $99 for shipment at checkout ($99/item over 3.5kg).
